Boy was it cold out at that elevation Mid 70's in Gatlinburg had to be about 40 or so at Clingmans Dome

I do not recommend trying to get a Corvette up a 45* + Angled road with wet pavement.

Name of the Chalet was "Our Bit O' Heaven" and was located on Zurich Road in the Ski Mountain area of upper Gatlinburg. A mile or so to the right in the picture above is Ober Gatlinburg.
